Ofter we could see some protection and claims happening around us on the basis of 'social justice' which will be normally challenged by the court of law. Even some of the 'Social Justice' claims are accepted by the court of law after 50 years...

What is the cause and how to avoid such situation?

I quote few examples,
'நாட்டாமை' courts were operating on the basis of social justice (தர்மம், நியாயம், இரக்கம், humanity). After some point of time, we started adopting the 'courts of law' which started acting blind in most of the times. Some greedy people started using the 'courts of law' for their own advantage to challenge any social justice claims.

We study from the history, many people were fighting for the social justice in TN. To me, it looks so stupid to read when someone was fighting for a social justice which suppose to be his birth right of the land. In my opinion, they would have fought for changing the 'court of law' to accommodate social justice which was the cause for the issue.

This is same as fighting against the 'effect' instead of fighting against the 'cause'!!! (எய்தவனை விட்டு அம்பை நோவானேன்) Whether courts can accommodate social justice?. The answer is 'Yes' based on some of the recent verdicts.

Political parties often selecting/nominating lawyers as MPs/MLAs and it is being widely accepted practice among people electing lawyers as MPs, Why?
Are they thinking lawyers can give a better governance for our country?
Are they thinking lawyers can loot India's wealth without being caught/punished by the court of law?
Are they thinking lawyers can give a better counter arguments for the opponents in parliament and assembly?

We all know that lawyers are criminal minded!, after electing them we and media will cry, stating that 50% of MPs and MLAs are having criminal background. Who is fault at this?

We often cry on the basis of our 'நாட்டாமை' Justice when court of law fails to protect us by punishing the culprits, How to bridge/narrow the Gaps?

Anna Hazare's fasting on Lokpal Bill episode has been ended with fruit juice...

Though, I respect Anna Hazare's intention of removing the corruption from Politics but I could not appreciate his Lokpal proposal 100% for the following reason,

1. The committee does not have representation from all states of India
2. The Power sharing with Lokpal should not be a road block for the development of India (A good example could be like If TN election is given with its power even after elected new Govt say MK forms his Govt then we can see some daily fighting on every decision taken by the Govt and it will become a roadblock for development)
3. It focuses only on 'cure' (punishment) and not on 'prevention' (changes in the system). "Prevention is always better than Cure"
4. Possibility of failure like TADA when misused by people like JJ arrested MDMK Chief VaiKo under TADA with false accusation
5. Possibility of failure like 'Consumer Court' given with deadline 6 months :)

Even today, we do not have an upper limit for number of times someone can contest for MLA/MP etc. If we set the upper limit as 2 and lower and upper Age limit for contesting in election then we will be able to implement real democratic rule in India else we are getting into an age old kings family rule. All that we need is change in the system, instead we as a public always blaming politicians for everything, which I see it as a stupidity

Instead of just focusing only on punishment for controlling corruptions which may yield only a short term solution till politicians find another scientific way to escape from the Lokpal Bill, Few of workable preventive solution can be considered for reducing the Corruption in India
1. Automation of all Govt administration and services using IT
2. Single Window Approval system
3. Workflow enabled automated escalation system for monitoring and controlling all the Govt administration and services with the help of IT
4. 3-eye (like CCTV) monitoring system where there is a money/revenue transactions are involved
5. IT enabling the judicial system and Police stations
6. Promoting healthy competitions wherever/whenever required
7. Controlling Greedy acts from Govt / Business men / Workers / Politicians / Bureaucrats etc

Prevention is always better than Cure, which saves Time, Money and Yields better result in a long run consistently. Let us pray for a long term solution for removal of corruption from India.
